Conference Dinner

Dear Colleagues,

please let us know if you will join the conference dinner on February 20 and choose between the normal and the vegetarian/ vegan menue below.

 

Normal menue:

Hearty beef soup with pancake stripes

Traditionally cooked boiled beef with potato pancakes, creamed spinach, chive sauce and apple-horseradish

Dumplings filled with plums and apple sauce

 

Vegetarian / Vegan menue (Gluten and lactose free)

Clear vegetable bouillon with vegetable strips

Basil potato pancakes on spicy grilled peppers with dip

Vegan chocolate mousse with fruits
