Presidential Distinction Award 2026

Professor Elias Fattal has been awarded the 2026 EUFEPS Presidential Distinction Award in recognition of his outstanding scientific achievements and lifelong contributions to pharmaceutical sciences. Professor Fattal is a Professor Emeritus of Pharmaceutical Technology and Drug Delivery Science at Université Paris-Saclay (France) and a member of the Institut Galien Paris-Saclay. His research focuses on nanomedicine, drug delivery systems, and nanotechnology-based approaches for the targeted delivery of drugs and nucleic acids, particularly for inflammatory diseases. Through his pioneering work and dedication to mentoring generations of scientists, he has made a lasting impact on pharmaceutical research and innovation worldwide.
