Poster and WIPS Awards 2026

The European Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences e. V. (EUFEPS) presents its awards of the year 2026

During the Joint EUFEPS / SITELF Meeting 2026, EUFEPS again honored female and male scientists for their outstanding achievements.

Sara Lorenzoni, University of Navarra, Spain, received the 2026 Women in Pharmaceutical Sciences Award for her work titled "DA hydrogel-based 3D neuroblastoma platform for evaluating RGD-targeted Etoposide-solid lipid nanoparticle delivery."

5 Prizes for the best Poster Contributions were given to the following candidates:

HuiyanYing, University of Helsinki, Finland. Her poster was entitled "AI-Guided Discovery of Small Molecules for NK-Cell Recognition in TNBC".

Giulia Bonomo, University Frederico II Naples, Italy. Her poster was entitled "Stability of chemotherapeutics intended long-term infusion".

LibanBarre, Anadolu University, Turkey. His poster was entitled "Box-Behnken Design Based Optimization of Sorafenib Bilosomes".

Giulia Di Prima, University of Palermo, Italy. Her poster was entitled "Resveratrol and/or Clobetasol-17-Propionate administration for Oral Lichen Planus treatment: embedding active(s)-loaded lipid microparticles into patient-friendly mucoadhesive buccal patches".

Miruna-Maria Apetroaei-Leuca, Carol Davila University Bucharest, Romania. Her poster was entitled "Microplastics exposure and the protective potential of prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics in an Artemia salinalarvae experimental mode".
